What we need is some back up just in case the server crashes like we had a
bad hard disk before or the server has a virus or gets hacked. We then need to
have all our accounts re installed c panel my sql etc.
Also we are looking for back ups, maintenance, firewall and antivirus
checks and what ever else needs doing to prevent problems after the inital check
up on current applications installed Jwe have had the server for many month and
no problems so we would be looking for fixed fee on a monthly basis if poss with
consideration that we may not need much every month so build up pre paid hours
for emergencies. The only other problems may happen is when we install new
accounts and we may need advice then re my sql and cpanel.
As a note only which you would not be involved with as you are only
looking after the server and the linux part of it, is that we host some adult
content websites which we hope is not a problem to you
The server is hosted in the usa and we have linux FEDORA 5 .
