Are you trying to install and run the Gimp on the easy desktop? I would first suggest perhaps unlocking the xfce desktop and then try. I installed Eee Ubuntu sometime ago as an alternative to Xandros, and I love it. No problem running the Gimp on it. Take the red pill Climate Change Blog Food Weblog
