Subject: question about updating....
I have recently installed the Puppy Linux onto my Jumpdrive. When I was downloading it, I did not realize that the version was the older 3.01 version instead of the newer 4.1.2. Is it possible to get my version updated to the 4.1.2 version?

People say that if you play Microsoft programs backwards, you hear satanic things, but thats nothing. If you run them forwards, then they install Windows!

Nope. You can't upgrade by updating puppy like you can with Ubuntu. If you wnat 4.1.2 you need to start over on your USB drive by reformatting it to erase 3.01 that's installed and start from scratch with a clean USB drive with Puppy 4.12 install. Sorry.
