How can i get codecs for linux

paketa Joined: Jan 18, 2009 Posts: 1 Other Topics	Posted Jan 18, 2009 at 2:27:49 PM Subject: How can i get codecs for linux Hello every body , well i'm a new user of linux, in fact i'm using Ubuntu and i have a lil' bit problem wich is playing audio and vedios on it, it asks me to set up or to use codecs and i don't know how to get them if some body can show me from where can i download them please help me.
