Subject: modem to speaker / mic ?
Is it possible to have a software modem communicate over the speaker / microphone ? I'm thinking of setting minicom to use /dev/dsp or something like that. Is this possible?? I want to get 2 pc's to communicate plugging ones speaker output into the other's microphone's input.

If you don't know what WTC7 means find out as quickly as possible. After that look into the forensic evidence. The proof is out there.

I've been able to recreate a crude modem like language to send and receive data (using ruby) but the modem language is a standard, also if possible I want the ability to have 3rd party software talk over an internet with ip addresses
