Subject: Local Host Login
I have a copy of Mandrake Linux (about 3 to 4 years old). Recently a power failure forced me to reboot the system and I am now asked for a local host login and a password. Does anyone know where I would get this login name and password? Is there a master login name and password that I could use to get access to the system? I need this urgently as the guy who set up the system no longer works at this company and I am unable to find anyone who can help me. David Green, Sydney Australia[quote]
