We can't update the current package using "up2date". I think it is the network connection problem. I do some troubleshooting. At begining I Can't download or download very slow from Firefox Browser. After I disable IPV6, the download speed is good now from all websites. However, I still can't download the package from https://linux.oracle.com If I using Windows machine, I am able to download the package from https://linux.oracle.com using Firefox browser. Can someone help me to for this issue? Thanks

What are you trying to download exactly? As long as the problem is just slow download speeds, I'm afraid I can't help you. Do you get any errors when trying to download?
