How very disingenuous of him to frame net neutrality as a partisan political issue, when in fact the issue is big business against "We, the People". It's not Republican vs Democrat. It's large communications providers lining their pockets by trodding roughshod over individuals and small businesses. He uses the term "lighter regulatory touch" in a way that implies that it is a good thing. And sets himself up so that doing nothing is the choice that would avoid the nasty partisan politics he refers to.
I don't think we can expect any support from the FCC.
