Posted by: jackp on February 27, 2004 12:34 AMI attended their first class in 2000. I can confidently say that this class was the best IT class I have ever attended. I recently bought a Debian laptop from them (after getting the recommendation on the debian-user list). I am completely blown away by the level of support I have received so far.
I think they would do well. They may want to consider offering their classes slightly cheaper though. My dot-com (now dot-bust) employer picked up the tab for my first class - so it worked out :) But unfortunately these days, many people will have to pay out of their own pockets. While I think the training provided is more than worth the money, a lower price point may get more students into the classes.
