I recently purchased the cyborg mmo 7 mouse and am running Slackware Linux 13.37
I have been checking around but unable to find the drivers for it at this time. My main problem is I can't do any web browsing as most of the left clicks are not registering.

Most mice work out of the box, however that device appears highly proprietary and complex with so many buttons. If it works for basic functions, then it should be possible to bind the buttons to actions in your Xorg configuration file (https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/All_Mouse_Buttons_Working#Binding_keyboard_to_mouse_buttons)
