The latest driver from nVidia has been released. Phoronix has a quick writeup on it and links to acquire it:

There is a very helpful script that I use to update my Nvidia drivers when using Debian based distros. It is called sgfxi and is available here: http://smxi.org/docs/sgfxi-manual.htm. Typing sgfxi -h lists all the options and the script itself knows what drivers are available for your card. It can also install beta drivers if needed and the maintainer also updates the script quickly when new drivers become available.
If your careful about using third party maintenance scripts, as I am, the fact that Distrowatch just gave the maintainer a $200 donation for another one of his scripts, should allay concern. Distrowatch link here for the donation story : http://distrowatch.com/weekly.php?issue=20090406#donation .
