Bomberclone - Atomic bomberman clone

Wormux - Worms: Armageddon clone

I'd have to say Enemy Territories: Quake Wars (Not Open-Source but works beautifully!) and Nexuiz!

Both of these are fantastic FPS shooters and are great for an adrenaline packed experienced.
