i have a strange problem, when i log in linux the fan of my laptop stopped till the processor heat and and turned off

IT sounds like your bios is not properly communicating with the OS. If you can have it running for a little while you may be able to use fancontrol to setup the fan to run at boot time.

when i turn on my laptop i have 2 options ubuntu & windows
if i press ubuntu, fan stops
but when i press windows it still running
note:- when i had uuntu 11.04 the fan was working, it stopped working when i upgrade it to 11.10
