I am wanting to be able to play World of Warcraft on CentOS and to eventually get rid of Windows on this computer. Will other programs mainly Microsoft applications install on CentOs and if so will the Program Whine do all that for me. Or is there a better program.

There is also Crossover. There is a small cost but it was developed with programs like WOW in mind.

Surprised I get to be the first to post this. Try http://www.playonlinux.com/en/ to run your programs before you buy anything.

Thanks Richard, I was trying to remember that one myself. My rapidly ageing brain couldn't Google it up.

No Problem, I got fallout new vegas working almost perfect with PlayOnLinux, WoW has been around for so long, and so many people play it, I really bet you have a great chance at it working perfectly.
