the patent office uses TIFF images. Heard about plugger yum could not find it. any other TIFF viewers/ plugins??

I can download and view them. I do have gimp. I was looking for one that plugs into chrome. I'm surprised but chrome didn't just open them.
I was hoping that I could see them without downloading.

There are a number of tiff viewers in the Chrome extensions "store". Just go to Tools->Extensions->Get more extensions. Then search for tiff, and a number of tools that will let you view TIFF images will show up, usually with other capabilities.
