i am not able to find WVlibstrems.pc coz wvstrems has been insatll and the error massage has been shown plz copy libvstrems.pc file to the pkg config.

Can you please tell us what distro you are using and what method you used to install wvdial?

Wvdial should be in the main RedHat repo.
"yum install wvdial" should install it correctly.
