Hi, is there a way to enable my audio keys while the screen is locked? I'm using Fedora 15 and Gnome 3.

If the scrren is locked and you need to enter a password to unlock it, the answer is no. Maybe you should explain why you would need to do this. Then maybe we could give you some other answer.
Audio keys? Are you talking about keyboard shortcuts?
I had music playing and the screen locked, then someone came into my office to talk to me, and I wanted to just mute the box by pressing the mute key. Since the screen was locked (password required), I could not mute.
Ah, that explains the question, but, without entering the password, I'm afraid there was no way, at least through the keyboard.
Per my understanding all keyboard keys are included in the locking mechanism, your best option would be to get speakers with an on/off switch or volume control when this happens.
