Have a Belkin router and want to know if I need to get a Linksys to hack?

What I really need is a router so I can limit my Guest speed so they wont affect my browsing.

You can install dd-wrt (http://www.dd-wrt.com/site/support/router-database) onto your belkin router and enable QOS to restrict bandwidth usage based upon client.
