hai , am using slackware.
I configured my MTS USB modem in slackware using pppsetup
Now, I have one more USB modem , which is a different ISP .
How can I configure both the modems, so that, I no need to configure the modem each time I plug-in ?

You can setup custom udev rules for each modem to use when they are detected, such as telling each one to run the correct pppsetup script when it is detected. Just checkout the page at http://www.reactivated.net/writing_udev_rules.html for guidance on writing custom udev rules.
