a bazillion pdfs...

I have to merge like 2000 pdfs into one....any ideas on how? All the recources ive found require each file one at a time and PDFshuffler keeps freezing on me.

If anyones got a solution it would be super duper appriciated =)

I was originally thought about using imagemagik, but it would be slow. I recommend looking at the thread at http://superuser.com/questions/54041/how-to-merge-pdfs-using-imagemagick-resolution-problem , of the solutions using pdftk sounds like the easiest method to me.
