Installing the parrot VM on Meego

I think this question is related to softwrare development on Linux

Can the parrot VM (virtual machine) be installed in Meego? (Y or N)

If it is possible, then we can use java to write Meego apps.

Parrot is a virtual machine designed to efficiently compile and execute bytecode for dynamic languages. Parrot currently hosts a variety of language implementations in various stages of completion, including Tcl, Javascript, Ruby, Lua, Scheme, PHP, Python, Perl 6, APL, and a .NET bytecode translator.

I have got the reply from the Parot VM team. The parrot VM can be installed in Maemo. But, they have not tried on Meego yet.
