http://gcc.gnu.org/libstdc++/
http://www.gnu.org/software/libc/
http://sebastien.godard.pagesperso-orange.fr/
Download the source tar balls and compile the source code yourself.
The official opensuse repo search is at http://packages.opensuse-community.org/ , because I can't find and official SUSE Enterprise search I will assume that they use the same repos.
If you are running SLES, then the official repositories should be connected to your Add/Remove Software app in your System menus. What are the current versions of those apps that are in your installation? Installing newer or older versions of those apps could cause problems if your not careful.
