No, you can't run mac OS Terminal, cos that is a programm programmed for mac OS. Mac OS programms doesn't run under ubuntu. Maybe a programm can emulated under ubuntu. But who needs the mac OS Terminal under ubuntu? Ubuntu and all other linux distribution brings his own Terminal. The default Terminal is depends on your Desktop enviroment. Under Gnome: Terminal. Under KDE: Konsole.
