It looks like the host you are trying to connect to is authenticating by key pairs, in which your public key does not appear to be accepted.

Make sure that your public key is included in the .ssh/authorized_keys file on the destination machine.

The debug output is pretty clear:

debug1: could not open key file '/etc/ssh/ssh_host_key': No such file or directory
debug1: could not open key file '/etc/ssh/ssh_host_dsa_key': Permission denied
debug1: could not open key file '/etc/ssh/ssh_host_ecdsa_key': Permission denied
debug1: could not open key file '/etc/ssh/ssh_host_rsa_key': Permission denied
debug1: could not open key file '/etc/ssh/ssh_host_dsa_key': Permission denied
debug1: could not open key file '/etc/ssh/ssh_host_ecdsa_key': Permission denied
debug1: could not open key file '/etc/ssh/ssh_host_rsa_key': Permission denied

By the way, use -vvv to get even more debug output
