Rowan is director of βίδα (ˈviːða/'veedha) - an artistic organisation based in Athens, Greece. He has choreographed and directed since 1994, independently and for various companies in various countries. Since 1998 he has also produced video, sound, websites, and similar tech-stuff.
He first danced professionally at the age of 8, and on a regular professional basis since 1993. He has performed with numerous theatre/opera/circus/dance groups, singers, & production companies - performing in live theatre, site-specific, film, and television work.
He also teaches Astanga Yoga, administrates Linux systems, DJs, and campaigns for ecological responsibility whenever possible.
