Sorry, I'm sure this has been posted a million times by now, but I can't find any topics in search. Where can I buy a new laptop preloaded with Ubuntu? I'd rather not have to spend the extra money to buy an OS preloaded with Vista. Is this not recommended? Should I buy a Windows or Mac and duel boot? Any help is much appreciated.

You can buy a PC with Ubuntu already installed, you can also buy a PC with no Operating System Installed. Giving you the chance to install whatever you like on it. Kind Regards OS X 10.4.11 and Ubuntu Gutsy Gibbon 7.10, not forgetting fedora :D

And believe me.... installing linux by yourself is as simple as installing windows and much faster than windows Apple Macbook with MAC OS 10.5.1 + OpenSUSE 10.3/ Mandriva 2008 + Windows Vista Ultm
