Job description:
Cleversafe has an exciting new opportunity available for a Senior Test Analyst. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing testing approaches for the development of new or enhanced commercial and open source software products.

Additional Responsibilities include:

* Develops system test cases to ensure verification and validation of software products
* Documents defects and ensures verification of resolution
* Analyzes gaps in requirements and use cases; works with analysts and developers to ensure completion of the appropriate documentation

Qualifications:
* Minimum 4 years of software testing experience, 2 or more years in a lead or senior test position
* Leadership: Excellent communication skills; ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative team environment
* Requirements Management: Working ability to evaluate testability of requirements. The highly qualified candidate will have experience in deducing requirements from available information. In addition, experience in using IEEE quality characteristics highly desirable.
* Testing: Expert level of testing throughout the SDLC; particularly in working with developers early in the SDLC to determine appropriate test construction. Experience in the use of metrics to convey system characteristics and test status. Test experience in an agile development environment is preferred.
* Familiarity in software testing C or Java based applications on Linux and Windows operating systems.
* Intermediate to expert level of knowledge of Linux
* Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering or comparable degree
