Subject: Can someone with OpenSuse 11 confirm this bug?

I have found that when opening the "Start Bar" (so to speak), and typing "Network" in the search box, OpenSuse brings up a list of the matches, and then freezes. I tried this multiple times, to the same results. I have not installed any additional Network programs or files that should disturb it, besides KInternet. It seems that in searching for the term "Network", there is a roadbump that the search hits that causes it to freeze. What I am asking is for someone who also has OpenSuse 11 (and also preferably KDE3.5) to try this, and see if your computer freezes. It does not damage anything, just freezes up. I would appreciate it if you could tell me if you have the similar problem, before I email the OpenSuse people about it. Thanks.

Refer to the forums or the mailing lists to see if this is a known issue. First thing you have to find out is whether this is a KDE issue or a OpenSUSE issue.

You can search for, or file a bug if there isn't one already:
