Subject: Does Ubuntu read executable files(*.exe)? I want to install

Hi I have installed ubuntu and i want to install my Invidia Gforce 5200 vga card and i dont think it is letting me...does linux read executable files(*.exe)?

Don't use the Windows Driver. Linux has the driver for your card. How to do it is here.

yeah, i`d say the same, linux is not like windows, to install something try first the install.txt that bring inside of the driver package.. that file downloaded... For nvidia, you have to take a different way to set it up... or install it...

But remember linux is not windows, is better ;)... too much better...
