i am trying to have ubuntu sent to my home on disc. i am being asked whether my computer is a 32 or 64 bit. is this a question that refers to my processor or is there more to it than that? if it is simply a processor issue, i have an intel core duo t5600. i believe it is 64 but if anyone can confirm or refute that assumption, please do. thanks everyone.

A personal opinion: stick with the 32bit version of the distro. More apps work with it.
