Question Detail

I just installed Inkscape on my notebook. I use Ubuntu Jaunty. When I try to use Inkscape, I can't see the horizontal ruler.

Is this a bug? can I fix it?

If you can see the vertical ruler but not the horizontal one, I guess then it's a bug.
You can report bugs for Inkscape in the Ubuntu Launchpad.
