  • If you cant get access to the server then try executing ifconfig command in a php script using exec() function:
    http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.exec.php

  • With external access simply you can't.
    You need to login into your remote machine and issue ifconfig from there.

  • Yep, or if you have access to the networking equipment you can view the table of devices on the network, along with their issued ip addresses.
