  • See, There r lots of Linux distro in the market with latest version of Kernel and other latest pathces. It is very simple, what u like/ comfortable u can dnld the same distro by invoking their related websites and get latest version of Linux OS. I think it is not necessary to change kernel or replace new kernel instead of default one else if there is not any special case / new HW related matter.
