Here you have two choice. 1)Using NdisWrapper (enables the use of Microsoft Windows drivers for wireless network devices such as USB modems , pci device etc .. ) If you lost the CD , I hope you can download from the netgear website. 2)Need to find correct chipset and find its supported driver for linux. I believe its using realtek chipset I believe some realtek chipset is supported in Ubuntu 12.04. So it will detect automatically. check before you go for above two options "iwconfig" run this command to know about your wireless interface |
