Most newer Linux desktop installs install the driver for this printer by default. To set up the printer is normally as easy as: connect the printer to the running computer via the USB cable turn on the printer After a few seconds, an icon should show up on your desktops toolbar with a balloon-type message showing a printer has been connected and is ready to use. If this doesn't work, post some more detailed information here about which distro & desktop you've installed. |
