That's pretty old hardware. There are a couple of Distros intended to be used on older hardware. My personal favorite has been VectorLinux, but I can't say I've ever installed on this particular hardware. Your hardware is about as old as even VectorLinux still supports, so don't expect anything spectacular. You can use just about any flavor that you like. I have found Mint to be a refreshing distro running Cinnamon and is a little be lighter than Ubuntu which is my main stay on other machines. On older equipment, I would pick a distribution that seems to have a lot of activity in the community as if you run into issues with the older hardware you may be more likely to find resolution.
