Home Learn Linux Linux Answers Applications Which OS should I boot directly and which OS on VM?
  • I think it depends in wich OS you have more experience. To me it would be easier to have Windows + Linux as dual boot and MacOS as a virtual machine because if something break I could fix it in windows or linux as i dont know OS much.

  • I like Linux as host OS and Windows/Mac as the VM's. I installed Debian 7, and VMware workstation 9 in under 1 hour. Then I just start up my Windows and Mac VM's.
