  • Type this to the kernel line in GRUB: locale=en_EN i8042.reset
It is expected that u know to write this parameter at the time of booting.
Hopefully this will help to overcome ur probs.

  • Alright, you've found the same results I have in google. Now - how do I edit grub, and where specifically does this line go? Also, what I've found often has add'l commands/modifiers and I need to know which to use.

Please be specific - if you don't know what you're talking about, I don't need help using google. I've been doing that for months, and it sucks. I'm looking for someone who has Actually Fixed This.
