  • How did you installed it? Did you have used a package-manager (like apt-get) or do you have extracted it manually? Did your browser just downloaded it (not installed)? Or maybe it is installed in a directory, that cannot be accessed by your browser/program...
    If you check if one the upper cases is true, you may find a solution for yourself. If not try reinstalling/downloading it or check if it works using a different browser/program. =)
