  • Did you burn it to DVD as an "Image"? Be sure to select that option. If you burnt it just like you burn other files onto a DVD, it won't boot up.

    Another thing you have to do is put the DVD in the tray, restart your computer and as soon as the screen shows up you will see something that shows "Boot Sequence" or something to that effect - click on the key that is next to that text. It will take you into a screen that allows you to select the CD/DVD drive. Select the CD/DVD drive as the boot option.

    It should then hopefully work.

  • I meant to say "Boot Menu" in my response earlier not "boot sequence." (Boot sequence is under "setup" and this is another way of booting up your DVD).

  • Honestly, I've been there. Have you checked any other distros to see if the issue goes away?
