  • If memmory serves me correctly, the D900 is a netbook? If that's the case just about ANY USB printer should work just fine. The linux foundation also maintains a list of printers that should work will w/ Linux (open printing)

  • If you're using CUPS (http://cups.org/) please look at the site to identify your printer model and driver, generally there're no troubles with usb/net printers.

  • Another place to look would be the printer manufacture's website. I know that HP not only has drivers, but walkthroughs for connecting their printers to Linux systems.
