  • Try to issue this command in your terminal shell:
    "fdisk -l"
    and post here the output, this will print every partition on known disks for your machine

  • May be the USB mount options is enabled only for root user. Did you tried, mounting as root user?

  • Try updating and then if that doesn't work try Fdisk -l like Andrea Benini
