• I have found Solunas Hotel Booking Engine which is licensed under the GNU license and is a built from Joomla, so it is web based.

    http://solunas.org/

You should be able to integrate the information from the hotel management system with openoffice and other system through database connections.

However I have not yet worked with this software and do not know the full capabilities.

solunas.org is no longer maintained as you can read in the forum, but there is a new team at http://solunas.sourceforge.net/
