  • I don't currently have Linux Mint installed natively, but on the menu bar on the right hand side there should be a networking button. When you click on that, does it detect any available wireless networks at all?

It could be that you'll how to install some proprietary drivers in order to get the wireless to work. This video pretty much shows you what you have to do: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UP9DpIEzg4U
