First Look at MeeGo for Handsets

Earlier this week we provided a peek into the MeeGo for tablets pre-alpha demo. Hot on its heels, we have a release and video for MeeGo for handsets.

MeeGo for handsets is pre-alpha, and the first open mobile project to release code this early with an invite for developer participation. The only way to get a look at the code for the iPhone this early is hang out at the right bar in Redwood City. With MeeGo you can save on gas, have a beer at home, and grab the code right away.

For more on MeeGo, check out the MeeGo Web site and check out the developer preview for handsets. It's early, so be ready for bugs, but it's never too early to join in development.
