myTouch 3G's Froyo Update Well Underway

From the looks of T-Mobile's official support forums, it hasn't gone out to everyone just yet -- but it looks like lots of myTouch 3G owners are now getting the official Froyo update the carrier announced back on the 13th of the month. Unfortunately, this doesn't include myTouches equipped with a 3.5mm jack -- those details are slated for "the coming weeks" -- but in the meantime, old-style device owners can expect a pretty stock-looking build of Android 2.2. Oh, and if you haven't gotten it yet, cool your jets (trust us, we know how hard that can be)... you should be on board by Halloween.
