Digital Sign Uses Atom-Powered SBC

Avalue announced a 42-inch digital sign built around an Intel Atom-based, dual-core SBC (single board computer). The MPC-42WS has a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, a 4,000:1 contrast ratio, a 450-nit brightness rating, gigabit Ethernet, plus both CompactFlash and hard disk storage, the company says....
