Parrot 2.0 Released

Version 2.0 of the Parrot virtual machine is out. There's a number of changes listed in the announcement ("Most internal allocations now use the GC, RNG non-randomness fixes, Elimination of much dead code, ..."), but it's not exactly clear what major changes have motivated the 2.0 release number.
