Updates for PostgreSQL 9.1 and 9.2 Fix Critical Bugs

Updates for the 9.2.x and 9.1.x branches of the relational database have been released to fix two critical bugs that could lead to data corruption. The 9.0.x, 8.4.x, and 8.3.x branches have also been updated to fix other issues.
