New Arrivals in the Linux.com Store

We are announcing some new arrivals today in the Linux.com Store– hats, hats and more hats! To be more specific, we’ve added four new baseball caps, each with a different choice of a Linux-related graphic. My favorite is the “Green Fresh Kernels.”

The Linux Foundation works to make sure there are a variety of ways for both individuals and organizations to put their imprints on the advancement of Linux. The individual membership program is one way, for example, but by purchasing items in the Linux.com Store, people can spend on their own schedule and at different levels while getting some great geek-ware in return.

I recently went on vacation and I’ll share with you – for the first time, I wore a ball cap to shade my eyes while I read (The Help, Mr. Murder, The Center Cannot Hold) on the beach. You would think I discovered sliced bread. Changed my life. Well, changed my beach life. But still, I’ll take a hat over sunglasses any ‘ol beach day this summer.

While you’re at the Store, don’t forget to check out our highly anticipated T-shirt designed by Said Hassan, the winner of our T-shirt design contest. The T-shirts are on schedule to arrive for purchase at LinuxCon in a few weeks and should be available in the Store very soon!
